Need More Business? Add These 5 Small Things to Your Daily Routine

Don’t wait until your business is in a slump to get more jobs!!

Spending a few minutes a day adding these simple things to your routine can help keep your schedule full.

1. Post your projects on social media

These can be project updates, completed projects,or before-and-after shots. Anything you can be proud of! The more you post and boost your posts, the more people will see your work and the more business you’ll get. It’s that easy.

2. Don’t do things you don’t want to do

Delegate the tasks that eat away at your day. Taking those off your plate will free you up to spend more time growing your client base.

3. Ask for leads

Your customers have friends, family members, business partners, and neighbors. So, ask them if they know anyone who could use your help after you finish a job. Hand out business cards everywhere you go. Be friendly to strangers, you never know where there is a lead.

4. Be easy to find

Make it easy for referrals and new customers to find you online.Your business needs a website, Facebook page, Google Business Profile, and  always leave behind a business card, or two.

5. Partner with other contractors

For example, if you’re a carpenter, partner with a plumber and an electrician. You can share referrals with each other to make it easier for all of you to get new clients. This will create a turn-key solution for customers! Easy choice for them and big business for you.
