Ready, Set, GROW!! Getting Your Business Ready For Growth

Most entrepreneurs would like to see their businesses grow. But many of them don’t have an active business growth plan in place.

Here are three ways you can get your business on track for growth.

1. Set goals

What does growth mean to you and your business? Identify your goal so you can start working toward it. For example, you may have a goal to increase your revenue by a certain percentage or to add a certain number of clients to your business.

It’s a good idea to have short- and long-term goals. So, for example, you might want to reach 10% revenue growth in your business in the next 12 months. Break that larger goal down into smaller goals that you can track on an ongoing basis to see if you’re on the right path.

2. Track goals

Don’t just throw your goals away once you’ve created them! Put systems in place to actively track them. That’s the only way you’ll know if you’re actually growing your business.

3. Solve problems before they happen

It’s easy to get derailed when the unexpected happens. By being proactive, you can avoid surprises and solve problems before they even occur.
